سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع – ستر

 

حرصًا منّا على تقديم تجربة شراء عادلة وواضحة، يرجى قراءة الشروط التالية بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء:

 

أولًا: المعاينة عند الاستلام

 

• يُسمح للعميل بمعاينة المنتج في حضور مندوب شركة الشحن قبل استلامه.

• يحق للعميل رفض واسترجاع المنتج مع المندوب فورًا، مهما كانت الأسباب، بشرط أن تتم المعاينة بشكل دقيق والتأكد من المقاس والحالة وسلامة المنتج قبل توقيع الاستلام.

⚠️ بمجرد مغادرة مندوب الشحن بعد إتمام الاستلام، يُعتبر العميل قد أقرّ بسلامة المنتج ومطابقته لطلبه، وتُطبق الشروط التالية.

ثانيًا: الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بعد الاستلام

 

 

1. متاح طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يومًا فقط من تاريخ الاستلام.

2. لا يُقبل أي طلب استبدال أو استرجاع بعد مرور 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام مهما كانت الأسباب أو المبررات.

3. رسوم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع:

    

   • 100 جنيه مصري لعملاء محافظة القاهرة.

   • لباقي المحافظات يتم احتساب الرسوم وفقًا لتعريفة شركة الشحن المعتمدة لكل محافظة وقت تنفيذ الطلب.

    

4. يشترط لقبول الطلب:

    

   • أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية تمامًا.

   • غير مستخدم أو مغسول.

   • خالٍ من أي عطور أو آثار استعمال.

   • وجود الليبل الورقي (التاج) المثبت على المنتج دون إزالة أو تلف.

    

ثالثًا: إجراءات الفحص ورد المبلغ

 

 

• يتم إعادة المنتج أولًا إلى المصنع.

• يخضع المنتج لفحص دقيق للتأكد من مطابقته لشروط الاسترجاع.

• في حال الموافقة، يتم تحويل قيمة المنتج للعميل عبر InstaPay أو المحافظ الإلكترونية بعد اعتماد الفحص.

 

رابعًا: حالات الرفض

 

 

• في حال ثبوت وجود تلف أو عيوب ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام.

• أو الغسيل بمواد غير مناسبة أو مخالفة تعليمات العناية.

• أو إزالة الليبل أو وجود آثار استعمال.

يتم رفض طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع، ويتحمل العميل تكاليف إعادة شحن المنتج إليه مرة أخرى وفقًا لتعريفة شركة الشحن.

To ensure a clear and fair shopping experience, please read the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1. Inspection Upon Delivery

 

 

• Customers are allowed to inspect the product in the presence of the shipping representative before accepting the order.

• The customer has the right to refuse and return the product immediately with the courier, for any reason, provided that the inspection is done carefully to verify the size, condition, and overall product quality before signing for receipt.

 

⚠️ Once the courier leaves after delivery confirmation, the customer is deemed to have acknowledged that the product is in good condition and matches the order. The following terms will then apply.

2. Return or Exchange After Delivery

 

 

1. Return or exchange requests are accepted within 14 days only from the date of delivery.

2. No return or exchange request will be accepted after 14 days from the delivery date, regardless of the reason.

3. Return or exchange shipping fees:

    

   • EGP 100 for customers within Cairo.

   • For other governorates, fees will be calculated according to the official shipping company rates applicable to each location at the time of the request.

    

4. To be eligible for return or exchange:

    

   • The product must be in its original condition.

   • Unused and unwashed.

   • Free from perfumes or any signs of wear.

   • The original paper tag must be attached and intact.

    

3. Inspection & Refund Process

 

 

• The product must first be returned to the factory.

• A full inspection will be conducted to verify compliance with the return conditions.

• If approved, the refund will be transferred to the customer via InstaPay or mobile wallet after inspection approval.

 

4. Rejection Cases

 

Return or exchange requests will be rejected if inspection confirms:

 

• Damage resulting from misuse.

• Washing with inappropriate chemicals or detergents.

• Failure to follow the care instructions.

• Removal of the original tag.

• Any signs of wear or alteration.

 

In such cases, the customer will bear the full shipping cost for returning the product back to them according to the shipping company’s rates.
