At Satr, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently. Please read the following shipping terms carefully.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
• Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• We may contact the customer to confirm the order details before shipping.

2. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery within Cairo: 3–5 business days.
• Estimated delivery to other governorates: 3–7 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on the location and the shipping company’s operating conditions.

Please note that delays caused by the shipping company, weather conditions, or public holidays are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location.
• The final shipping cost is shown before the order is confirmed.
• Additional fees may apply to remote areas according to the shipping company’s applicable rates.

4. Inspection Upon Delivery

• The customer may inspect the product in the presence of the courier before accepting the order.
• If the customer refuses the order at delivery, the shipment will be returned immediately with the courier.
• Once the order is accepted and the courier leaves, the customer is considered to have acknowledged receiving the product in good condition.

5. Failed Delivery

• If the customer is unavailable or does not answer the courier’s calls, the shipping company may attempt redelivery according to its policies.
• Repeated refusal to accept orders without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.

6. Incorrect Address Information

Satr is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
